Network requirements for a Symerse session.

Please allow the following at least two weeks before a session. Copy the sheet as it stands.

Symerse network requirements

Devices connect outbound only, over HTTPS (TCP 443). No inbound ports.
WebSockets (wss) on 443 must be allowed for live session updates.

Please allow:
  symerse.com and *.symerse.com
  learnspark.studio and *.learnspark.studio   (the app's current address)
  ombkuxglvcuhbgyyxllx.supabase.co   (our EU database and servers)
  u.expo.dev   (app updates on the iPads)
  fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com   (fonts in the web app)

Error reports and usage analytics go to our own database, on the
hosts above. No other analytics or error-reporting service is used.

Devices never contact AI providers directly. All AI requests are sent from
our servers, so no content-filtering exception for AI services is needed.

TLS inspection: if your firewall decrypts traffic, please exempt the hosts
above, or the app's certificate checks may fail.
