Hands-on AI training
Hands-on AI training for operations teams at manufacturing sites.
Start with a one-day pilot on our iPads at your site, then build towards a licence your own people run, with every trainee leaving a scored course record.
Delivered with NIBRT in Dublin since June 2026.

Start small, then hand it to your own people.
01A one-day pilot
We bring the iPads and an instructor and run one cohort in your training room.
02A few more sessions
More of your people go through it, and you see the course records build up.
03A licence with a named owner
A person inside your organisation owns your instance and runs the courses.
Scenarios built on your own processes.
The standard courses use realistic plants and fictional companies. For your site, we build scenarios with you from your own processes and procedures, so people practise on the work they actually do.
Courses you can run at your site
Make the case with your own numbers.
The evidence page keeps three things apart: your numbers, cited industry figures and what Symerse measures. The worksheet takes your trainee numbers and costs, and the effect of training stays your assumption.
Read the evidenceReady for your IT and quality teams.
- Trainee work is stored in the EU, in Ireland.
- AI requests are processed by Anthropic in the US under a DPA and standard contractual clauses.
- Model keys stay on our servers and never reach an iPad.
- Every account is scoped to its organisation.
Questions training and operations leads ask.
How many people in a cohort, and how long is a day?
Trainees work in pairs, two to an iPad, and a day runs from 09:00 to about 16:20.
What do we need to provide on site?
A room with a table for each pair, a projector, and Wi-Fi that lets the iPads reach the hosts on our network sheet. We bring the iPads and the instructor.
Does the course certify EU AI Act compliance?
No. No course can certify EU AI Act compliance, and we do not claim to. The course builds the practical AI literacy that Article 4 of the Act asks organisations to ensure in their staff.
Bring one cohort. See the record they leave with.
