Hands-on AI training

Symerse is built by engineers who spent their careers in manufacturing.

We build hands-on AI training from Castlebar, Co. Mayo, for the people who make the calls on the line and on site.

Why we built it.

Factories are about to hand AI tools to people who have never practised using them, in work where a wrong call costs a batch, a recall or an injury. We built Symerse so they practise first: in a room, on real scenarios, with every decision scored.

The AI is right about what it can see. People add what only people know.

The company behind it.

Symerse is built by GenSpark AI Solutions, incorporated in July 2025 in Castlebar, Co. Mayo.

  • Ten online modules on NIBRT's Online Academy. These are e-learning modules, separate from Symerse.
  • Presented Symerse hands-on at the IDA-NIBRT Workforce Development Summit, 29 October 2026.

Symerse used to have another name.

Symerse was called LearnSpark until January 2027.

Questions about us.

Can our trainers write new exercises?

Not yet. We build new exercises with you, so your trainers shape the content without writing it themselves.

How does NIBRT run it?

NIBRT runs AI for Biopharma Manufacturing on its own instance in Dublin, with its own trainers as administrators and its own copy of the course. Cohorts have run there since June 2026.

How is it different from an e-learning module?

An instructor runs it in a room, trainees work in pairs, and every exercise ends in a decision that is scored and debriefed. E-learning records that someone finished a module. Symerse records the calls they made.
